DOT / CDL Exams are required every 2 years for anyone with a commercial vehicle driver’s license and when applying for a new commercial driver's license. Some drivers have specific requirements that indicate DOT exams be completed annually or temporary exams preformed as needed.

Where we are located?

We service all of New Mexico and Amarillo, TX area. We drive to your location /meet area. This includes truck terminals, small businesses and even curbside at your home.

The DOT / CDL Physical Exam includes:

Evaluation of Visual Acuity/Field of Vision Standards
Assessment of Hearing Requirements
Completion and Evaluation of the Medical Examination Report for Commercial Driver Fitness Determination
Online uploaded to the NRCME website within 24 hours of the exam

List of items needed for the exam:

1. Fill out the attached form and make sure the address you put on the form matches your driver's license.

2. Copy of your driver's license.

3. If you are under the care of a physician for any conditions and you receive prescribed medication, I will need Doctors information including name , address and phone #.

4. If you Use a hearing aid or wear glasses please bring with you, you will need to perform the test using them.

Exam cost is $150 due upon the end of the exam.
